Like the many-colored tulips of Holland, this beautiful Breezy Windmills quilt is filled with the spirit of springtime. Aligned in a spectrum of cascading hues, it’s pleasing to the eye and a treat to sew together with simple strip piecing. Begin with one roll of 2 1/2″ print or solid strips, add one roll of 2 1/2″ background strips, and then finish it up with 3/4 yard of fabric for the inner border and 1 1/2 yards for the outer border. Easy, breezy, beautiful!
